TaxForge

Terms

TaxForge provides fillable form templates “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not a law or tax firm and do not provide professional services.

By using the generators you agree that you are responsible for the forms you create and for complying with IRS rules. The templates follow the public IRS field layout, but they are not official IRS forms; always compare your completed form with the official version and have a qualified professional review important filings.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and the templates for personal and business purposes. You may not resell the templates, claim them as your own, or use them in a way that suggests an affiliation with the IRS or with TaxForge that does not exist. Automated scraping that disrupts the site is not permitted, and you agree not to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax rules change frequently and vary by situation. The figures shown, such as reporting thresholds, are believed accurate for the 2026 tax year at the time of writing but are not guaranteed. Verify any figure against an official IRS source before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxForge is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the templates, including reliance on any information contained in them. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, and templates are owned by TaxForge unless otherwise noted. You may print and use the generated forms for your own purposes. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site content, scrape the site, or create derivative works that compete with it without our prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaxForge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. The current version of these terms was published in 2026.
